Role of the Strategic Planning Committee: 策略計劃委員會的角色
To develop, write and recommend strategy.建立並提出策略計劃
Role of the Elder Board: 長老團的角色
To review and approve the recommended strategy. 審查並通過計劃
Role of the Deacon Board: 執事的角色
To develop the tactics to implement the ministry strategies.擬定方法並執行
Role of the Trustee Board: 董事會的角色
To develop the financial plan to support the strategic plan.建立並督導財務細節
